Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of SPARK Lab, operated by AI Spark Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using any part of SPARK Lab, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What SPARK Lab is

SPARK Lab is a membership platform providing AI tools, training videos, and resources for entrepreneurs who want to build with AI. Access requires an active paid membership.

Membership and billing

  • Membership is billed monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to active members.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment card data.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Your account is for your personal use only — it is not transferable.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SPARK Lab.

Acceptable use

When using SPARK Lab, you agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute SPARK Lab content without permission.
  • Use the platform to build tools intended to harm, defraud, or harass others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

Intellectual property

All content within SPARK Lab — including tools, training videos, templates, and written materials — is owned by AI Spark Studios LLC. You are licensed to use it for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute or resell it.

AI-generated content

SPARK Lab tools use AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate outputs. These outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes. We do not guarantee their accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately.

Disclaimer of warranties

SPARK Lab is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or specific business results from using the platform. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information or tools within SPARK Lab.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for cause, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
